This Dessert is almost heaven & Super easy to make, it will be a hit at your next party or maybe even as a valentines day treat!
You Will Need
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple in juice (20 ounce)
- 1 Can Of Cherry Pie Filling (20 ounce
- 1 Box of yellow/golden butter cake mix
- 2 Cups of finely chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Sticks of Melted Butter
- Individual Dishes or a larger nice baking dish
- Vanilla Ice Cream, Cinnamon & topper cherries
Start by Preheating oven to 350". Spray each dish with baking spray. Spoon in pineapple into each dish about 3 tbsp. Spoons making sure to get some of the juice or pour in if using larger dish. Spread evenly over the bottom of each dish. Spoon in Cherry Pie filling evenly over pineapple, about 2 tbsp. spoons per Individual dish. Now Sprinkle dry cake mix over the filling in each dish using your hands or sifting it, to get any clumps out. Drizzle melted butter over mix in each dish about 2 tbsp spoons. Put Individual Dishes on a baking sheet and put them in the over for 35 to 45 minutes or until they are browned & bubbly. Take out let cool for a few minutes. If desired top each dish with vanilla ice cream,sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top & top with a cherry then serve!
